Account deletion

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Plank Workout account and associated data directly inside the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Plank Workout app on your Android device.
  2. Open the side menu and go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the danger zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and tap Yes, Delete Forever.
  5. After confirmation, the app removes the account data and signs you out.
This action is permanent. Deleted account data cannot be restored.

Data deleted

  • Workout history and progress
  • Training programs, including custom and personalized programs
  • Achievements and goals
  • Profile, preferences, and app settings
  • Subscription-related app status, if active

Retention

When you delete your account from the app, Plank Workout attempts to delete your account and associated server data, then clears local app data from the device. Some limited records may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment compliance reasons.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot open the app or sign in, contact the developer through the support contact listed on the Google Play Store page for Plank Workout. Include the Google account email used in the app and state that you want your account deleted.
